I work at the "main" library in a system where many of our branches have
extensive video collections. We are a medium sized market, so by mailing
only to the 'main' you would miss a good number of potential buyers.

You could send multiple copies to the 'main' library and ask that the
catalogs be passed along? I know I would do that for our system! We all
share catalogs of special interest.
