There is a series called How to Dance Through Time. Volume 1 is entitled The
Romance of Mid-19th Century Couple Dances and it includes the Polka Mazurka.
Dancetime! 500 Years of Social Dance Vol. 1: 15th-19th Century includes the
Mazurka.
You can order both of these through Facets (www.facets.org). They may have
some other titles as well as Facets is located in Chicago where there is a
large Polish population.

Subject: Search: Mazurkas & Polonaises

I am trying to track down some videos of Polish Dances (mazurka and
polonaise in particular) for a class on Chopin being taught next year.
Anybody know of any videos showing these dances? Thanks in advance,
