video credits

Dear Videosavants,
I am wondering about how to properly do credits for an art video. I have
done most of the videography and all of the editing for an artist who
conceptualized, wrote, and directed the work. I recently documented the
installation of all of this work at a museum and am creating a video.
Would I list him as the "artist" or "video installation artist" in the
end titles? Would I list myself as videographer and editor? (which I
assume is correct.) Is there a standard nomenclature? I have contributed
a lot of creative work to the project, but it is not what I would
consider a collaborative project where both contribute equally. I think
he struggles with this issue since he does not feel that it is sole this
creative work and I am not credited for more.... Any thoughts?
Thanks for your help.
Kathy
