The problem here are the heirs (children) of Bertolt Brecht, who are
extremely protective of the rights and any of the films - it is the main
reason why virtually nothing of the considerable filmed legacy of Brecht's
work is available.

Dear Chris,

not even available in Germany! Here it was last published in 1991. Some
US libraries own the german edition of 1984. Please check WorldCat.
Perhaps you might get it via interlibrary loan.
German cultural institutes (Goethe Institut/Inter Nationes) don't offer
it either as I see.
