colonial health films

Masters of the Film Universe.....
I'm trying to locate a film entitled "The Two Brothers"
aka "Mr. Wise and Mr. Foolish Go To Town".
The film is from a company called "African Film Production."
Other identifiers include "Colonial Film Unit" and
"Overseas Film and TV Service".

If not, any idea where I can find films dealing with
colonial health?
