Hi Betty,
Here is my two cents worth:
1. We get these little white paper doughnut shaped labels from Video
Store Shopper or Specialty Store Services and have our Institution
printed on them. We write the call number on the remaining portion of
the white label and then put the 3m tattle tape overlay over that.

2. If it is important enough to keep, we leave it on the shelf.
Occassionally we do a program highlighting these titles and they usually
find a new audience.

Hope this helps!

I have been on this list for years but have never been able to
send a message, I've always been able to receive messages posted. I
rejoined and hopefully this will go through. I was hoping someone could
help me with 2
questions, any help would be appreciated.

1. How do you mark your dark color DVD and CD labels on the disc with
Call Numbers?

2. How are you archiving your old videos that are too important to
away, and no longer requested to sign out.

Thank you for your time, I'll just be happy to be able to post again
and get help from this great group. Betty
