Need help

Hi,
I have been on this list for years but have never been able to send a message, I've always been able to receive messages posted. I rejoined and hopefully this will go through. I was hoping someone could help me with 2
questions, any help would be appreciated.

1. How do you mark your dark color DVD and CD labels on the disc with
Call Numbers?

2. How are you archiving your old videos that are too important to throw
away, and no longer requested to sign out.
