I was going to tell you about the Kinyo but T. Nicholas beat me to it. I have one, and it works just fine for basic splicing jobs.

Specialty Store Services has one by a co. called Kinyo. Around 19 bucks or
so.

Subject: video splicing kits

Can anyone recommend a good, reasonably priced kit to repair snapped
videotapes (when the break is at the beginning or end of the tape)?

Thanks,
Mike
