Sorry to be adding this so late, but I also very highly recommend this
video. Julian Samuel has done quite a bit of documentary work and is an
experimental filmmaker, therefore this video is compelling visually as well
as intellectually, rather than being a static interview piece. He is
currently at work on its sequel...
