L'abecedaire de Gilles Deleuze Public Performance rights

I've just been asked to help find out about public performance rights for the following French video. A campus group sponsoring a conference wants to show the video once to the attendees on a drop in basis. Anyone know where I'd begin trying to find out who owns the rights to this? I've been told that it was originally shown on French television.
