I've had several answers to my query about circulation of this title, which
many libraries received as part of the MacArthur Library Project. Some of
the responses were off-list, some on; I hope that I have thanked everybody
off-list, but if I missed anybody: Thanks for your help.
For those of you who might be interested, here's a compilation of the

1) 90 circulations since February 1995; unknown before that
2) 30 circs since August, 1998; unknown before that
3) 30 circs since 1992; unknown before that
4) First copy: 98 circs since 1990
Second copy: 35 circs since "a few years later"
5) First copy: 41 circs since 1991
Second copy: 24 circs since 1996
