license problems with Leolo and Veuve...

I'm about to give up.
I've had no luck finding someone who can license
two films I need for a small film festival.

No one seems to know who handles
Leolo and Veuve de Saint Pierre.
Facets distributes Leolo but doesn't seem to know
who can license its non theatrical use.
TriMark/Lions Gate distributes Veuve,
but doesn't know who handles its
license.
Anyone have any leads?
