Our "problem" videos carry a warning on the case and in their online
record. Previously, we kept them behind the counter so we could also
verbally warn our patrons, but we have ceased doing that.
Our current problem is the lack of privacy when patrons are viewing
straightforward technical videos like "How to insert a catheter" and
"Giving bedbaths".
My argument for keeping a closed collection of "problem" videos was
not to limit who watched them, but WHERE they watched them.
