I received your letter Re: nonfiction videos in public libraries.
I thought I'd write you with a question:
I have a 3 part VHS series on Contemporary Art in America. It's
a highly entertaining and visual document that features among
America's freshest and most enduring names. The packaging, as well,
is designed to intrigue the imagination and pique the eye. We've
just had Premieres in New York, and at The National Gallery in D.C.
(with full page write-up in the Washington Post.)
My goal is to get these films, called ART CITY, widely seen.
Have you any ideas how to get visibility with high schools,
universities, Libraries? Video Librarian will do a write-up,
we will sell in Museum Stores, have screenings, etc... but
I am looking for better, more direct ways to get these films
to the public. Thanks for your attention.
