Most of the problems our customers have faced are incompatability with the
DVD player and in most cases, it's when the DVD's are played on computers.

Two things for the Macintosh I know about from our customers that have helped
out several people who've called:

1) They can turn off Appletalk and see if this works.
2) Upgrade ABD DVD Player V.2.5 to the new and less buggy, V.2.7

Other than that, there are VCRs and DVD players that just refuse to play with
certain tapes or DVDs. The other thing to do when there's not physical damage
is to test it out on a different model from another brand.
