Thanks very much to Jessica and Trent for their responses. We still
haven't found which film, but I received more info including the url for
the still shot - go to:

Her outfit is pretty amazing - her headpiece is a bit like a sea urchin and
it looks like something one would wear in a James Bond film (she is holding
a gun) -- so I'll try the Visconti lead.
