Caligari is PD because they can not get anything before 1923 ( kino Version
is copyrighted to us) BERLIN was an independent film and is also PD
METROPOLIS is owned by Transit and I would not bother to ask them about it
as they are too busy negotiating big contracts and would either ignore you
or charge A LOT ( but don't say I said so)
