I sincerely doubt this was ever LEGALLY released. If it does not show up in
any library database I would just assume it is one of the tens of thousands
of films owned by studios that have never been put out. If if does turn out
to be out of print than try eBay.

FYI Many of the " hard to find" sites are just pirates and bootleggers like
Video Search of Miami and others
