need booklet for video

Hi, all. We own two copies of the video "American Tongues" but neither
seems to have the 12 page accompanying booklet. I don't know if it has
been lost or if we never had it to begin with. If anyone has it, would
you be willing to send us a copy? I've included my fax number below.
I've also included the bibliographic information for the video.
