Public Performance rental sources

Videofolk--
It has been mentioned several times that Criterion, New Yorker, Cowboy,
Milestone, Kino and Swank are the few remaining rental sources for
theatrical films with public performance rights. I have contact info for
Milestone, Kino and Swank but not for the other companies. Today I had a
library that needed that contact information. Does anyone on the list
have address, web page, email or phone numbers for Cowboy, New Yorker,
and Criterion?

Also, is this list current and accurate? We are talking here about
public libraries who want to rent "classic" theatrical releases in 16mm
or video formats for use in limited library programming --no admission
charged. Are there any other sources for these materials, besides Disney
and the umbrella licensing companies, other than the ones listed above?

Thanks in advance for your help.
