No such thing as "home use Only" not legally anyway. A distributor can TRY
to limit or
divide sales but if you can buy a legal copy, you can use it in a library
or in a classroom
So long as they don't require you to sign anything to purchase the tape
there is no way to limite the legal use of a tape

I have never purchased videos from Amazon.com, but a professor requested a
series entitled "America's Music: the Roots of Country".  Are these videos
sold for Home Use Only or can I, as a University Library purchase these for
classroom use?
