Licensing Question

We're considering an umbrella license from Motion Picture Licensing
Corporation to show movies in the library. However, their literature states
that the license does not cover showings "where specific titles have been
advertised or publicized."

Is in-house publicity allowed, at least? Or is this rule truly as limiting
as it sounds? What's the point of paying for an umbrella license when you
can't promote the films? Anyone out there have experience with MPLC and
this problem?
