I can't speak to the preview isssue but I would be VERY VERY Cautious about
Public Performance Rights with any jobber. No jobber could EVER supply the
correct information on PPR let alone the rights at least as far as FEATURE
film material. They have literally no way of knowing who owns PPR on a title
as it is often not the company that puts the home video out.

For non PPR supplies, there may be many advantages to jobbers but NEVER when
PPR issues are involved
