Does anyone know of a video collection similiar to the Video
Encyclopedia of the Twentieth Century? This is a collection of video clips
(some with sound, some silent) of news events in the twentieth century.
Lindburgh's flight, Kennedy's assassination...etc. Rights to make and use
copies of the footage were granted with purchase of the set. CEL
Educational Resources was the distributor. It was available in the late
80s.

Is there anything similiar but more current that is available for
purchase and which includes the rights to copy and use clips?

Thanks in advance. Francis Poole, Librarian
