More current than Post-It Notes: Ideo's winning design process

I was shown a video from ABC's Nightline last week as part of a
team-building workshop. A lengthy but edited clip can be seen by following
the ABC link at http://www.ideo.com/news.htm

The morals of the documentary are that focussed chaos succeeds, that the
group trial and error works better than the lone inventor, and you can't
build on just appropriate ideas; it's brainstorming outside of the box; in
fact, what "box"?

The documentary aired 2001-feb-08, and is probably called "Ideo's Winning
Industrial Design Process".
