John, technically this video is available through Corinth Films, 212-463-03=
05. However, after 2 years of trying to get them to sell me a copy, I =
gave up. It was always, "we can get that to you in January". Then when =
January came around, it was "sorry, can't do it until May". Hope you have =
more luck than I did--and let me know what the magic word is!
