There are machines that will resurface CDs and DVDs. I don't know where
to obtain them or what they cost. We take ours to a local CD shop for
resurfacing. They charge $3.50 per disk. The surfaces look brandnew.
If a surface is too badly damaged, the machines cannot repair them.
