I can answer the VRT side of that question:
On Friday, June 15, VRT members will get together for our annual dinner
(time and place to be announced)
On Saturday, June 16, 2-4 p.m., ACTL Media Resources Committee will present
"Media Resources 101: a Primer"
On Sunday, June 17, 2-4 p.m., VRT will present: "The Reel Nitty Gritty:
Secrets of Video Librarianship Revealed"
On Sunday, June 17, 7-10 p.m., the VRT will host its annual gala on a
chartered cruise of San Francisco Bay, with good food and drink and
samplings of the ALA Notable Videos for Adults. Tickets are $30 non-members;
$25 VRT members.
On Monday, June 18, 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m., the VRT will hold its general
business meeting.
On Monday, June 18, 2-4 p.m., the VRT's Notable Videos for Adults Committee
will meet.
I don't think I've received the prelminary program with the actual hotel and
meeting room assignments yet.
