Ratio of missing/broken/outdated videos to collection?

Are there any statistics available which would allow me to compare our numbers with other media libraries?

If you have statistics you are willing to share, please indicate whether your statistics reflect open or controlled stacks.

Since our videos average over $100 (sometimes running $300 and more), we are extremely diligent about contacting patrons with overdue videos, so also please let me know if your collection contains mostly popular (less-expensive) videos.
