I assume you could all figure from my typos & garbled sentences that I was a
Pot Head. Seriously though it is SUCH a silly idea and a total waste of tax
payers money. If we really were into drugs instead of die hard civil
libertarians we would probably readily sign this inane statement which has
absolutely no force in law.
