Gary Conklin Film

In my former job, I would have been able to track this down., but I've been
gone so long that records and sources have been dispersed/lost, etc.
One of the local museums is doing an Ed Ruscha exhibit, and wants to show
Gary Conklin's L.A. suggested by the art of Ed Ruscha. We have the 16mm
print, but need to find either a rental source for public performance, or
permission to dub our print for a limited period, after which the video
would be destroyed. I have no way any longer to contact Conklin, if he
still has rights to it. Mystic Fire seems to have had a video copy, but I
don't think they did public performance.
Any advice?
