CEV Multimedia has a lot of practical videos about agriculture (exciting
topics such as "Swine Management") There's one series about the history of
agriculture that looks good, called "America the Bountiful." What's not
clear is how current it is...The final part is titled "Whereby we thrive"
which is the title of a 1972 book on ag history.
