Cyber in the Snow

I have a patron, who is a school principal, who remembers a short educational movie about a boy who is lonely and feels nobody knows he exists until he commits suicide. The film then shows how many people did know this boy. The patron thinks the film was called "Cyber in the Snow," but isn't sure. Does anyone recall this film, or one similar?
