We need to set up a better viewing/listening station for ADA patrons. Our
furniture is the correct height and there is sufficient room in the area for
a wheelchair. Most patron complaints about our station resolve around the
headset - it still requires that someone with limited use of their hands or
arms get assistance from library staff. Most of the use is watching videos,
