Hi Carol-
I did a search at the Internet Movie Database (www.imdb.com) and
discovered that Pachelbel's Canon was featured in Ordinary People.

To search for soundtracks...
>From the main page, choose "More Searches" under the seach box
then scroll down to do a "Word" search and pick "soundtracks" from the
pull down menu.
