Our fines are the same for 3 day loan (feature film or TV shows like "I
Claudius") or 7 day loans (the rest: music, documnetaries, etc.).

Day 1- Day 3 Overdue = $HK 5 per day per item (~$.70 US)
Day 4 onwards = $HK 10 per day per item (~$1.40 US)

If people have 5 items out and late, it mounts up very quickly. Fines are
waived or reduced on a case-by-case basis.
