Day 1- Day 3 Overdue = $HK 5 per day per item (~$.70 US)
Day 4 onwards = $HK 10 per day per item (~$1.40 US)
If people have 5 items out and late, it mounts up very quickly. Fines are
waived or reduced on a case-by-case basis.
