I am looking for another order source for this video title by Ewald & Susan
Notter. It appears to be part of a video series from The Culiniary
Institute of America which does have it for sale. Their prices are a bit
out of the range of my (public) library district: $75.00 individually;
$195.00 for a 3 tape set.
I am wondering if there are any other sources for this title. Have checked
Baker & Taylor, Library Video Company & Facets (not the usual type of video
for any of those 3 to carry) plus cooking show sites related to PBS. Any
help is apprecaited.
