It is absolutely NOT FOR SALE. The rights are sort of in dispute but the
bigger part of that involving the Gershwin estate has been resolved.
Currently MGM-UA owns the rights but does not have good enough material to
issue it and will not spend the estimated $500,000 and up it would cost to
restore it because their rights expire in less than three years. It is VERY
unlikely than anything will be resolved on this film anytime soon
