Our criteria for selection has been and remains:

Cross disciplinary use potential
Content accuracy (for specifically educational or documentary materials)
Production values

Issues we're grappling with as a group:

Changes in available formats
Preservation of aging materials that faculty still find useful
Pro-active collection development
Deaccession
