Student checkout period is 48 hours, with stiff fine of $1.00 per hour
if they are late.
But to offset the damage done by lengthy overdues, we have set the maximum
fine at
$8.00. Once they become delinquent in our system, they cannot check out
anything from the library.
..books, whatever.. A large fine may show up on their borrower record,but
it is forgiven except
for the $8.00 when they turn them in.
Also, they can renew the videos by phone before they are overdue if
necessary.
