Believe it or not, we charge NO fines for overdue videos as long as 1) they
are brought back before the FOURTH overdue notice(!) is geneated, or 2)
they are not reserve materials. If they are reserves, they accrue fines in 15-
min. intervals, to a max. of $25.00. I would actually prefer it if we DID fine for
"regular" videos, too; it's too easy to take advantage of the checkout period,
as you can imagine!
