Helene,

The version of Carnegie Hall that you are looking for is a production
directed by Edgar Ulmer in 1924 and featuring the following performers:
Lily Pons, Risk Stevens, Jan Peerce, Ezio, Pinza, Jascha
Heifetz, Gregor Piatigorsky, Artur Rubinstein, Vaughn Monroe, Harry James,
Leopold Stowkowski, Bruno Walter, Walter Damrosch, Artur Rodzinski, Fritz
Reiner, the New York Philharmonic. Produced and photographed in Carnegie
Hall, New York City.

It had been available from:

Bel Canto Society Inc., 11 Riverside Drive, New York, NY 10023, Fax
908-225-1562.

If they no longer have it, there are a number of libraries that did
purchase it. Perhaps you can do an ILL.

Good luck.
