We've been using Amazon for about a year now and Amazon UK for several months as a backup to B&T, Facets, etc., and have had very few problems. I find them to be quite responsive to any problems that arise. It is also convenient that they share B&T product numbers for video. One drawback for us is the fact that the city will not give a credit card for purchases, so we had to set up a "Deposit on Account" with the Amazonians. It was particularly a pain to get a check issued from a city bureaucracy in British Pounds.

The other drawback I encounter from online vendors is the fact that I have to essentially order the item twice. The first time for the online purchase, and the second time on our Acquisitions system (which would normally generate the PO) so it will appear on our catalog in order that customers may place holds.
