Personally, I prefer the "Express Case" bottom-opening clear cases where
you can insert the entire box (intact, no cutting). They close securely and
withstand abuse very well. I've had fewer of these break than the black
plastic cases. (They're a more flexible plastic.) You can order replacement
hinges, but I haven't needed to do so. You'll find the Express Case in the
library supply catalogs, or can order direct from Video Store Sources

Stay away from the bottom opening cases that Brodart calls "Tailgate." They
don't latch well. (If you see both in the catalog, they even look flimsier
in the photo.)
