Does anyone know who produced the following title? It is a three-part set,
"Rapid, Accurate Mycobacteriology: Getting the Fundamentals Right" (1995).
We've requested a loan from the National Laboratory Training Network, and
that's confirmed. The catch is that instructor wants to duplicate the tapes:
the Centers for Disease Control is not listed as the producer, so I need to
locate the producer to request permission from them or the publisher.
I've searched OCLC, Medline, the Web in general, TB related sites, Library
of Congress and university catalogs with no luck. Any suggestions would be
helpful.
