There are, of course, quite a few travel documentaries on both Romania and
Hungary, but if I may suggest what is one of the most interesting political
documentaries, Harun Farocki and Andrei Ujica's Videogram of a Revolution -
a fascinating portrait of the toppling of the Ceaucescu government in what
was, oddly, the first revolution in which television played a major part.
