My two favorites are:
Death in the West
and
Hugh McCabe: Coaches last season Pyramid (about 1987 I think)
US Dept of Health, Educ. Welfare did a two minute job in the late 60's
called "Ashes of Doom" that is pretty good; but not a documentary.
