Hi Frank,
FWIW, in a recent survey of our school districts (we have 20 districts with
around 160 individual buildings total for all 20 districts), our courier
service ranked "HIGH priority and HIGH usage."
I'm glad it's a program I run! And, I doubt I'll be looking at alternatives
such as UPS.
