Do you need public performance rights? Have you tried other vendors, such
as Baker & Taylor, Library Video Company, Instructional Video, etc.? If
noone has it, has Disney put this on one of their 7 year moratoriums? Have
they transferred the rights to someone else? Too many questions, no
answers.
