By Subject Pages
The links from the Find... By Subject page: need to go to a page that provides
basic information and links designed for a user who is new to the discipline.
This may be the current home page for the subject specialty library or another
page that already exists on the subject specialty
library's site, or a new page designed for this purpose.
Essential information, or links to it, should all be visible on the first
screen without scrolling: (A horizontal table of contents may help)
- Exact name of the subject prominently displayed. For example, the subject

must be prominently displayed, or have individual pages.

at UCB (not a full collection description). Limit to 1 short paragraph. May
include

required.
- Find Books: (Links to the library catalogs). The words "Find
Books" are
required.
- Find Articles: (Links to lists of relevant article databases).
The words
"Find Articles" are required
- Basic Information on <Subject>: (Links to a dictionary or encyclopedia,

call numbers, if appropriate). The words "Basic Information
on" are
